This is a special class to show our full appreciation and gratitude for our moms throughout November!
You and your little one will enjoy playful practice yoga poses that incorporate healthy movement and mindfulness. Yoga helps improve mobility and body awareness while nurturing creativity and a positive sense of self. This class is ideal for children 4 and under, siblings welcome.
No experience required! Please bring a yoga mat and water. Register for each session individually.
