If you are looking for a way to help you regain your strength and energy lost during pregnacy and childbirth and need to reconnect you to your body then Yoga is the key!

This 1 hour class will focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscles, releasing tension in the shoulders and neck and opening the chest.  Post-partum Yoga builds physical and emotional strength to handle the demands of motherhood.  Practice is taught at your physical and emotional level.

Location: Post-Partum Yoga is offered as an at home Private and Semi-Private class. You are welcome to register with up to 4 friends.

Registration: You may register one of 2 ways. Call Simply Motherhood at 516-522-0337 or register online- See Below.  When registering please provide your baby's age and the type of class requested.  If you are choosing the Join with Friends option, you must include their names.  Each person must register seperately. Once your registration is submitted and processed, you will receive an email confirmation. We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your class.

Fees: Post Partum price listed is per person and paid in full at time of registration. Please review our cancelation policies.
