#305 Prenatal Yoga

This 1 hour class will help you strengthen the whole body. With specific focus on the abdominals, back and pelvic floor you will find relief to many discomforts of pregnancy. By bringing awareness to the breath and reducing stress in the body through breathing techniques (pranayama), you will learn the concepts of conscious relaxation and surrender.  Prenatal yoga also increases your confidence in your body's ability, necessary for birth and motherhood.  Practice is taught at your physical and emotional level.

Location: Prenatal Yoga is offered as an at home Private and Semi-Private class. You are welcome to register with up to 4 friends.

Registration: You may register one of 2 ways. Call Simply Motherhood at 516-522-0337 or register online- See Below.  When registering please provide your due date and the type of class requested.  If you are choosing the Join with Friends option, you must include their names.  Each person must register seperately. Once your registration is submitted and processed, you will receive an email confirmation. We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your class.

Fees: Prenatal Yoga price listed is per person and paid in full at time of registration. Please review our cancelation policies.
