The privacy policy pertains to Simply Motherhood, Inc. and www.simplymotherhood.com. If you link to other sites via this website please read the privacy policies posted on those sites.

Your privacy is important to us. The information collected during the registration and check out process is strictly for order and service fulfillment and for our better understanding of our client base. This information will be used by Simply Motherhood in order to offer information, classes and services that will better serve our clients. The information collected is not shared and will never be shared with any outside party.

Credit Card information and payments are processed through PayPal, please read their privacy policy. We do not retain any information.

Email addresses are used for primary communication regarding your registration or product order. In addition, we will automatically place you on our e-newsletter mailing list. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving the newsletter is you so choose. Simply follow the instructions in your welcome email. Emails will never be shared with an outside party.

For Prenatal Consultations & Breastfeeding Consultations: Please read our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information.

You can register for all our services online or by calling Simply Motherhood. Please enter your due date and select your time and day preference so that we can best suit your needs.

Private Classes require a DEPOSIT at registration. Please keep in mind that additional travel charges may apply. Remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to your class date. Payment can be made online via credit card or my mailing a check payable to Simply Motherhood, Inc.

Once your registration is processed you will receive an automatic email confirmation. We will contact you via telephone within 48 hours to schedule your class date. Further instructions, if any, are discussed at that time.

You can register for all our services online or by calling Simply Motherhood. Please enter your due date or baby's age and select your time and day preference so that we can best suit your needs.

All our consultations are private, at-home consultations. All Consultations require a DEPOSIT at registration. Please keep in mind that additional travel charges may apply.

Payment for the remaining balance can be paid online via credit card prior to your consultation or by cash or check at time of consultation.

Once your registration is processed you will receive and automatic email confirmation. We will contact you via telephone to schedule your appointment. You will receive a call within 1-2 hours if registration is received during business hours. We do our best to return calls quickly in order to offer you a timely appointment. Most consultations are available same day or next day.

Please be prepared for your appointment. Make a list of all your questions so that we are able to address them.

If you are scheduling a Breastfeeding Consultation, please have your forms completed prior to the appointment time, your baby should be ready to eat when the Lactation Consultant arrives. Completed forms will help minimize stress to your hungry baby. Be sure you have had a good breakfast or lunch and have water on hand for yourself. Although not required, you're welcome and encouraged to invite your support person to the consultation so that you may learn together.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment any time up until 72 hours prior to your class start date.

You may reschedule your appointment any time up until 72 hours prior to your class start date without incurring any fees.

Balance for all private classes are due no later than 3 days prior to the start of your class. If we do not receive payment, your class will be considered cancelled and you will incur a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your deposit. You will receive a cancellation email, if you feel you received this in error, please contact our office immediately.

If you cancel within 72 hours prior to the start of your class, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your deposit.

If you reschedule within 72 hours prior to the start of your class, you will incur a $10 rescheduling fee.

Same day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of class.

If you reschedule your appointment the same day of your appointment you will be required to pay another deposit at registration.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment, you are not entitled to a refund.

We will issue a full refund for cancellations received at least one (1) day prior to your appointment.

If you call to cancel your appointment the same day as your appointment you will incur a fee equal to the amount of your deposit.

If you call to reschedule your appointment the same day as your appointment you will incur a fee of $25.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment, you are not entitled to a refund.

If Simply Motherhood cancels a class or consultation due to instructor illness or inclement weather, we will reschedule as soon as possible. If we can not reschedule you will be fully refunded.

Exceptions for medical reasons may be considered on an individual basis and will require a physician, nurse practitioner or midwife's written note.

Credit Card Payment for Balances, travel or other fees can be made online, click here to make a payment.

Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notification. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. Once your order is processed and changes in prices will not affect your current order.

We will, on occasional send out promotional coupons in our e-newsletter. Please note the expiration date on the coupons. Expired coupons will not be accepted. Be sure to join our e-newsletter mailing list for updates, information and specials.

We use USPS Standard Delivery. All our items are shipped Standard delivery via USPS. Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. We may choose to use Priority Mail depending on your order size, you will not incur additional charges.

You must have a valid US address. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Internationally at this time.

We do not have a store front, all returns must be shipped back to Simply Motherhood.

Full refunds will be issued on items received up to 14 days from the original ship date.

Store Credit will be issued on items received on day 15 up to 30 days from original ship date.

In order to receive full refund or store credit all items must be unused, in original packaging, with manufacturer's seal intact. Original Receipt or packaging slip must accompany the product.

All products sold at The Simply Motherhood Boutique are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly if the product is defective, you have any warranty questions or issues.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping charges on items returned.

~Email the Simply Motherhood Boutique at orders@simplymotherhood.com in order to obtain a Return Authorization.

~Please include your order number, name, billing address, ship to address, contact phone number, product being returned and reason for return (wrong size/color, duplicate gift...etc).

~Please use a carrier that offers package tracking, we will not issue refunds on items lost in transit.

We will be happy to wrap your gift for you. The Gift Wrap option is available during the last step of the check out process. A $5 charge will be added if selected. Please let us know what the occasion is or any special instructions so that we can choose the appropriate wrapping paper for you.

We recommend that all prenatal classes be taken in the third trimester but not later than 37 weeks gestations. If you choose to take a class during this time and you go into labor you will receive a store credit only.

Twin and Multiples Pricing: We do not charge extra for breastfeeding consultations for twins, however, due to the time needed for triplets or higher order multiples we charge an additional $50. This is payable at time of visit.

For the safety of our instructors we reserve the right to cancel any at-home class/consultation if the environment is deemed unsafe or potentially dangerous to the instructor.
